1. Preamble
Corexec (Pty) Ltd (trading as Corexecutive), Registration Number 2011/141 294/07, operates in accordance with the regulations of the Association of South African Travel Agents (ASATA). Corexec provides clients with travel and related services as an agent on behalf of third-party principals and suppliers within the travel industry, including but not limited to airlines, tour operators, hotels, shipping companies, car hire companies, and other providers of air, land, and sea travel arrangements ("Suppliers").
Corexec will provide clients with the applicable terms and conditions of all Suppliers relevant to each booking ("Supplier Conditions"). It is the client's responsibility to familiarise themselves with these Supplier Conditions.
All products, services, estimates, and quotations provided by Corexec are subject to:

Corexec (Pty) Ltd (trading as Corexecutive) is a travel company specialising in Executive Wellness Travel, duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
2. Liability
2.1 Corexec acts solely as an agent for Suppliers.
2.2 All vouchers, receipts, and tickets are issued subject to Supplier Conditions. By accepting and/or using these, the client enters into a direct contractual relationship with the relevant Supplier. Any recourse lies solely against the Supplier.
2.3 Neither Corexec nor its directors, employees, affiliates, or representatives shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death suffered by the client or their property. The client indemnifies Corexec and its Suppliers accordingly.
2.4 Corexec is not liable for any act, omission, or default of any Supplier.
2.5 Neither Corexec nor any Supplier shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damages.
2.6 Any complaint must be submitted in writing to Corexec within 14 (fourteen) days after completion of travel.
2.7 Corexec provides curated wellness travel experiences designed to support rest, restoration, and personal reflection. These services do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and no guarantees are made regarding recovery from stress, burnout, or underlying health conditions.
2.8 Corexec is not responsible for resolving personal, professional, or health-related challenges.
2.9 The purpose of Corexec services is to provide executives with time and space to recharge, reflect, and make informed lifestyle decisions.
2.10 Corexec may recommend external wellness services; however, such services fall outside Corexec's responsibility and liability.
3. Bookings, Changes & Pricing
3.1 "Booking" refers to all travel arrangements and related services made on behalf of the client.
3.2 Any additional costs arising from delays or circumstances beyond Corexec's control (e.g., weather, strikes, flight delays) will be for the client's account.
3.3 Air tickets require full payment in accordance with airline fare rules. Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation.
3.4 While every effort is made to adhere to itineraries, Corexec reserves the right to make necessary changes. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.
3.5 No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
3.6 Payments are subject to Supplier requirements. Failure to pay deposits or full amounts on time may result in cancellation without liability.
3.7 Prices are based on costs at the time of quotation. Any increases before travel commencement will be for the client's account.
3.8 Currency fluctuations may affect pricing and will be passed on to the client.
3.9 Land arrangements are guaranteed upon full payment. Airfares remain subject to airline pricing and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Payments & Additional Charges
4.1 Final payment must be made as per the Booking Confirmation.
4.2 The final amount payable includes:
- Confirmed booking price
- Less deposit paid
- Plus any additional charges incurred
4.3 Late bookings require immediate full payment and may be non-refundable.
4.4 All invoices are payable in full regardless of unused services.
4.5 The client is responsible for all legal costs incurred by Corexec in recovering outstanding payments (attorney and own client scale).
4.6 Special requests must be submitted in writing and are not guaranteed.
5. Insurance & Travel Requirements
5.1 Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
5.2 Credit card insurance is often insufficient; clients should verify coverage independently.
5.3 Corexec is not liable for inadequate or absent insurance.
5.4 Corexec may assist with travel requirements (visas, passports, health documents, etc.), but this is not guaranteed.
5.5 Corexec accepts no liability for incorrect, delayed, or incomplete documentation.
5.6 The client is solely responsible for ensuring all travel documents are valid and compliant.
5.7 Clients should verify requirements directly with relevant authorities.
6. Cancellations & Amendments
6.1 In the event of cancellation, Corexec reserves the right to charge service, administration, and cancellation fees.
6.2 Supplier cancellation terms apply and may result in additional charges.
6.3 Failure to cancel will result in full charges being payable.
6.4 Corexec may cancel bookings where payments are overdue; all outstanding amounts become immediately due.
6.5 Unless otherwise specified, the following cancellation fee structure applies:
- Deposit: 25% — non-refundable
- 6 weeks prior to departure: 40% of total booking value
- 4 weeks prior to departure: 60% of total booking value
- 3 weeks prior to departure: 100% of total booking value
- 2 weeks or less prior to departure: 100% of total booking value
Additional Supplier penalties may apply over and above the above.
6.6 All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
6.7 Travel arrangements must be reconfirmed 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
7.2 The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Magistrate's Court.
7.3 Each party selects its domicilium citandi et executandi as per the Booking Confirmation. Address changes must be communicated in writing.
7.4 This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
7.5 In the event of any conflict between documents issued by Corexec, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
